At Oddities by Alexis, each item we offer is unique and carefully crafted or preserved. Because of the special nature of our products, we have the following refund policy:

All purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns on most items due to their one-of-a-kind and delicate nature.

All deposits are nonrefundable. However, the amount of any deposit may be applied as credit toward a future purchase
Exceptions
Refunds or exchanges may be granted in limited cases, including:

If an item arrives damaged during shipping.

If you receive the wrong item in your order.

If the product is significantly different from the description provided.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if it arrived damaged.
